Cyberwise is a website designed specifically for adults to learn about digital citizenship, online safety, privacy, sexting, cyberbullying, reputation management and more so they can assist kids embrace technology safely and wisely.

 Common Sense Media

Common Sense Media is a "nonprofit organization dedicated to helping kids thrive in a world of media and technology."  It provides the largest library of independent age-based and educational ratings and reviews for movies, games, apps, TV shows, websites, books and music.  Their "Parent Concerns" and "Parent Blog" pages help families understand and navigate the problems and possibilities of raising children in the digital age.

 ConnectSafely Parent Guides

A nonprofit organization that educates online users of connected technology about safety, privacy and security, ConnectSafely provides parents with guidebooks to "demystify apps, services and platforms popular with kids and teens."

 Edutopia Parents Guide

Edutopia is a comprehensive webistes and online community aimed at increasing knowledge, sharing and adoption of "what works" in K-12 education.  This particular document is a guidebook designed to assist parents in understanding tools and techniques used in today's classrooms to prepare students for tomorrow.
