Dr. Milner joined the Cloverdale Community School Corporation Administrator’s Team at the district level in 1998.  She earned an Educational Specialist degree with a concentration in School Finance/Business Affairs.  She served the district as a teacher, Assistant Superintendent, Interim Superintendent, and Superintendent over a total of 23 years.  Dr. Milner has served as an interim superintendent in several districts following her retirement, including now at Southmont Schools. In addition to a superintendent’s license, Ed.S., and a Secondary Administration and Supervision license, Dr. Milner has a Master of Science in Special Education and a Bachelor of Science in General Elementary.  She earned her Doctorate in Education and Administration from Indiana State University.
