Southmont Schools offers online and on-site registration for parents of incoming students for the 2023-24 school year. Please be sure to read the information carefully, and contact Mrs. Melissa Norman, Student Information Systems & Curricular Materials Administrator, if you have questions or require more information at (765) 866-0203.

New Students

Parents of new students, including kindergarteners should bring all required documentation to their school to register, including:

  • Copy of student's birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of residency (current utility bill)
  • Any custodial or guardianship records

New students may register at any school during the school day.  If you would like to schedule an appointment outside of those hours, please contact Mrs. Melissa Norman at (765) 866-0203.

Returning families may register online from home through the PowerSchool Parent Portal (beginning April 16, 2024). If you have forgotten your PowerSchool Parent login information, please contact Mrs. Melissa Norman at (765) 866-0203.





Southmont Schools welcome and accept transfer students, and encourage parents who live outside of our district boundaries to contact Administrative Services for more information on how your child can become a part of our educational family.
